1. Scope of Work

The Editor agrees to provide the following services:

☐ Sermon-to-Book Conversion
☐ Guided Ghostwriting
☐ Formatting for eBook and/or Paperback

The scope includes refinement and organization of provided material within agreed page limits.

2. Compensation

Total Project Fee: $________

Advance Payment: $________ (non-refundable; secures project scheduling)

Remaining Balance: Due prior to final manuscript delivery.

3. Ownership

The Client retains full copyright ownership of the completed manuscript.
The Editor retains no ownership rights and may not reproduce the content without written permission.

4. Revisions

The agreement includes:

• One major revision round

• Two minor revision adjustments

Additional revisions beyond scope may require additional fees.

5. Client Responsibility

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and original material

• Respond to editorial feedback in a timely manner

• Review drafts carefully before approval

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing.
The advance payment remains non-refundable once work has begun.
